Introduction of the Chatbox.

Today I implemented the Chatbox function to the site.
It is basic at the moment but it has features to come.
This includes a Private Messaging system that will allow you Check and talk through Private messages Instantly.
Rules of the Chatbox.
1. NO SPAM.
2. Remember it is intended for all Audiences so Limit the Vulgarity.
3. Be Respectful of everyone.
Inability to follow these rules will be responded with your Banning from the Chatbox.
